Cancel any time. Here is what happens.

Cancelling

Open Billing while signed in and choose cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. No further charges. You can also cancel by emailing jeriel@plotcipher.com from the address on the account.

The free trial

The Investor trial is free for 14 days and needs no card. If you add a card during the trial and cancel before it ends, you are not charged at all.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are not refunded for partial months. Two exceptions:

Something went wrong on our side. A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a month in which the service did not run. Email us and we refund it.

You just subscribed and it is not what you expected. Write to us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full, no questions.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Changing plans

Upgrades and downgrades are made from the Billing page and are prorated by Stripe, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
