Support and billing
Include the email on your account. For a billing question, the date and amount of the charge helps; never send card numbers.
Data and privacy requests
Same address. Say whether you want your data corrected, exported or deleted. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
Property owners
Everything PlotCipher shows about a property is taken from public county records. If a record about your property is wrong, the correction has to be made with the county clerk or appraisal district; once the county changes it, our copy changes on the next nightly run. If a notice has been withdrawn, it drops off the site within a week of the county removing it.
